February 2 @ 19 h 00 min - February 4 @ 16 h 00 min
Fluid Rhythms, BMC workshop, Friday February 2, 19h-21h, Saturday February 3, 10h30-18h00, Sunday February 4, 10h30-16h´: Studio Hybrid, Brussels
´The fluids are about transformation- multi-expressions of one flow´ Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen
A full week-end to ride the tides and waves of our fluids (cellular, transitional and interstitial, blood and cerebrospinal, synovial and lymph.)
Moving through the fluids, we ´feel ´our movement, as opposed to the more introspective ánd valuable quality when we ´sense´ our movement.
Is it possible to circulate our fluids in an uninterrupted way? When do we feel transformation? How do we find balance between rest and activity? Dancing our fluids, can it open the flow between our unconscious and conscious mind?
The workshops are open to anyone who has a sincere interest in exploring, articulating, learning from the physical roots of our ‘being’. Previous experience with Body-Mind Centering®, movement and dance is welcome, but not necessary.
Class will be taught in English, Dutch and/or French, depending on the needs of the participants.
Place: Studio Hybrid, rue de l´Intendant 111, 1080 Brussel
